Is the price of a cruise cheaper online?
The online shop has the same prices as on board. However, you should buy your tickets in advance from our online shop as cruises are often full in advance.
Online cancellation conditions
You can cancel or change your online purchase up to 7 days before the cruise departure time (18:00). You will find this option in your confirmation email.
How will cold or rainy weather affect your cruise?
M/S Emma is well equipped for the Finnish weather, so don't worry! If the weather changes, we can open/close the electric awning on our sun deck. The lower saloon is heated and our sun deck has infrared heating. The walls of the solarium are made of glass.
What if there is a strong wind?
We mainly cruise in the archipelago, where we are sheltered from the open sea. If the wind picks up, we can change our route and go more inland, which protects us from the sea. M/S Emma doesn't sway much even when the wind is strong.
Is there a clothesline/storage space?
Unfortunately there is no luggage or bag storage on board.
Can I bring my own drinks or food on board?
You are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks on board. Instead, you can enjoy our buffet and refreshments from the bar!
Do they sell tobacco on board?
We do not sell tobacco products on board.
Which payment methods are accepted on board?
You can pay in cash and with the most common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We recommend using local payment.
Point of departure and return?
Can I take my dog on a cruise?
Unfortunately, animals cannot be taken on our cruises.
