SunLines operates liner services from Kauppatori to Suomenlinna all year round with m\/s Suokki and m\/s Tor, and cruise and charter services with M\/S Emma from May to September. Our expertise is based on many years of experience and professionalism in organising successful cruises.<\/p>\n

Over the years, our business has evolved from a family business to its current form as a limited company and a group of two companies, Sun Lines Oy and Sun Ferry Oy. The two companies operate cruise, charter and liner services on the three vessels they own.<\/p>\n

We are part of the John Nurminen Foundation's Baltic Sea Rescue Team as a Business Godfather. We support the John Nurminen Foundation's efforts to save the Baltic Sea.<\/p>

Eutrophication is one of the biggest threats to the Baltic Sea. Its most visible signs are blue-green algae blooms, water turbidity, siltation of the shores and the lack of oxygen on the bottom. At the same time, the Baltic's valuable cultural heritage is threatened with disappearance.<\/p>

The John Nurminen Foundation combats these problems. Projects focus on concrete actions to address the root causes of eutrophication and reduce phosphorus loads.
